I’ve spent 20+ years building and fixing creative businesses, from my brand Bhoomki to high-stakes luxury agencies and cultural institutions. My career has been defined by a "dual-brain" approach: I understand the nuances of creative vision and the rigorous systems required to make that vision profitable.

Through my design studio Bhoomki I’ve partnered with artisans and manufacturers in 40+ countries, where together we’ve built immersive live experiences and ethical supply chains from seed to stitch to shelf. Along with my own creative projects, I help entrepreneurs and non-profits stop flying blind and start scaling smart.

As the former Director of Operations and Finance for public relations powerhouse Brandman, I architected the operational and financial strategy for a multi-million dollar agency representing five-star hospitality brands including IHG, Banyan Tree, Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, Andaz and Ritz-Carlton. Combined with my work for Mammoth Advertising, Newhouse, TATTER and the American Dance Festival, I have a proven track record of scaling high-profile creative firms and mission-driven non-profits sustainably and profitably. Beyond the boardroom, I am a global textiles subject matter expert and experiential designer.
