This past Friday night, I had the opportunity to showcase my latest collection "Ticket to Ikkat" at a fundraiser for a documentary film about eye clinics for the poor in South India. Travel to India by way of Ikkat, an ancient weaving technique with multiple avatars all throughout Asia. This collection of dresses features the saris of Orissa, India, home to a 2000 year-old history of Ikkat weaving. The Ticket to Ikkat collection is now available for purchase in the shop.
